Dotsure pet insurance claim

what great service I received from Emihle Klaas at Dotsure when I registered my claim. The claims procedure was pretty straight forward. I then received a call from Dotsure confirming my claim had been registered AND approved, this was all within 24 hours and I received payment the next day. This lady was professional and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. This is how insurance should work. Thank you Dotsure and Ms Klaas.
