Dotsure pet insurance - best service in the business

I've had pet cover with dotsure pet insurance for a few years and the service was always quick, friendly and more importantly - I've never encountered an issue with a claim! I can highly recommend dotsure pet insurance to anyone who is interested in getting insurance cover for their pets.

I was unfortunately forced to cancel my pet insurance policy with them, due to unforeseen circumstances. It's never something that agents look forward to assisting with, and processing, but Chane Jonker was understanding and simply a breeze to work with. After a comprehensive low down on what I might be missing out on when canceling my insurance, and providing me with some options, she still assisted me in my cancellation after I weighed up all of my options. Her demeanor was always professional, and friendly, and she provided me with all of the information that I required, plus some food for thought. I really appreciated her not being pushy and respecting my decision.
