Excellent service, quick response, very friendly consultant and he explained everything. He was kind and patient. Follow up was very efficient and thorough. I knew what my pets were covered for and the costs and terms. I am glad it is affordable as I needed it for my pets and without insurance you will be paying extremely high costs.
