Dotsure pet insurance accidental - waste of money and time
Don't waste your time using Dotsure pet insurance. I was on the accidental cover for all my pets. My small dog ate something strange which caused tummy cramping. I took her to an emergency vet since it happened early hours of the morning. Dotsure refuse to pay the vet bill "as pain is a symptom of illness" she was given buscopan and she was 100% not sure what illness is cured with buscopan. Unprofessional and they lack veterinarian knowledge. I'm sure accidental injuries also involve pain? Zero rating.
