Dotsure Pet Insurance.

I recently submitted a claim in respect of my pet insurance with Dotsure. Firstly I dealt with a consultant called Tamlyn Mostert as I needed advise being my first claim. What a helpful and pleasant young lady, so knowledgeable and friendly. An asset to the company! Secondly about the company itself WOW cannot believe the service. I submitted my claim on Thursday morning and the refund was in my bank account the very next day. A lot of other companies could learn a lesson about customer service from Dotsure. Highly recommended.
