Dotsure Pet insurance
I signed up for pet insurance, and one of their promises is a 48hr resolution of claims. I submitted my first claim and it’s been 3 weeks without any outcome. First they said my email was sitting on the spam folder (this was with my second follow up) now they are asking for documentation that I’ve already submitted 3 weeks ago. Not very happy with the service.
