DOTSURE PET INSURANCE
Pet underwent minor surgery on Wed. Submitted claim to Dotsure in afternoon. First thing Thursday morning a friendly and professional agent - CHANTELLE, from Dotsure called to inform me claim with all relevant docs received and being processed. Thursday afternoon a "Pet Personalised" Get Well card was sent from CHANTELLE. Friday afternoon a refund from Dotsure was in my account. 3 words sum up our experience - PROFESSIONAL SERVICE EXCELLENCE.
