Dotsure - pet insurance
I have a real problem with my revised contract. I registered 4x dogs and was given a price of R65 p.m. each = R261.80 on 31st August 2021. Unfortunately my one dog was killed in an accident (for which I did not claim) but asked that she be removed from the Policy. The Policy was changed from R65 per dog to R85.08 + R91.63 + R91.63 = R268.24 per month total on 25th February 2022. It is unbelievable that I now pay MORE for coverage of 3 dogs after the untimely death of my one fur-baby. To this end I shall have no option but to CANCEL COMPLETELY unless you can provide a suitable answer to this complaint.
