Dotsure Pet Insurance
The service I received this past week was excellent. It was my first time submitting a claim for my pup. Everything went smoothly, they communicated throughout the process and my claim was paid within 48hrs. Also, the consultants in the call centre would call back within 5 minutes, upgraded my plan really easily. Overall impressive service all-round. My review includes, by name, Natasha Midgely, Chevanne Shear & Cindy Pillay - you ladies are excellent.
