Dotsure pet insurance 47% increase

Dotsure has been great in claims in my time with them. There were many years that i did not claim and then my pet got sick. The jump in premium went up by 47% and it was system generated as my pet got sick and i had claimed for her sickness in the one year. From paying 408 it went to 599. Knowing that dotsure is the only company to insure exotics obviously there is no budge with premiums. My adult medical aid is 1200 and rabbit is now half that price. Very disappointed indeed. Thats the sad end to my cover of years.
