Dotsure pet insurance has given nothing but consistent and excellent service since I joined. I love the fact that they offer the option of speaking to a real consultant and that they always have all the relevant information at their fingertips. Staff are super friendly, helpful and very professional. The turn around time for submitted claims is phenomenal! Well done Dotsure.
