Dotsure Pet Insurance

Excellent service received from Bernadine Bence regarding my recent claim, she was efficient and professional with regards to the cover , advice that she had rendered and was even more empathetic upon hearing the "tragic news" that my beloved "Snowy" had passed away. I must commend Dotsure ase don the following since the inception of this policy, the advice, service ( administration) and claims were dealt in the most proffessional manner ever. Being a broker myself and knowing how pressuring an insurance enviroment is, I must admit that every experience, query, was dealt with in the most proffessional manner, also time saving , your information was picked up immediately. This is very rare as most service providers are often pushing clients from "pillar to post" which results in a simple query becoming stressful and often a client ends up quite irate . This is how every insurance company shoud operate, be it life, short term or any other service industry in the country. I would also like to commend Bianca Johnson who had first onboarded me, her patience and tolerance especially with dealing with another broker (myself ) was excellent. She offered me various options which were " top of the range" and brilliant cover, various pricing options that suited my every need. She was excellent and it was based on that initial experience and assurance that Bianca gave me that I had taken out the policy.

Right from the inception of this policy until today ,I commend every single person involved with this policy , especially the Pet insurance division for their proffesionalism help and support during this time of my loss.
