Dotsure Pet claims process

I was very annoyed with Dotsure claims process as I've been struggling to complete process but kept getting error messages that prohibited me to complete my claim. I was considering canceling insurance as the chatbox option was soo frustrating until Nolundi Nofemele was assigned to my case. She was very helpful and even offered to submit my supporting documents on my behalf. Always nice to speak to a real person when in real need 🙂
