Dotsure pathetic services

Good day ...this is my 3rd review to Dotsure.co.za and all I get a reply saying...we are sorry for the inconvenience caused we will get an experienced staff to contact u ...boom no response...I would appreciate it if hellopeter can find out what's is their problem...I haven't paid my premiums as well they seem to not be concerned...it's actually quite disturbing to note ..Samantha Daniel's was the lady who was handling this issue...well from thec14th June till today 16th August they have nit resolved the issue...pathetic services..
