Dotsure = NOTSOSURE !!!!

This company is the biggest ********, they offer you very competitive prices. But and one big but they don't tell you about all the hidden cost and they also just go ahead without your permission and put all the extra cost through your account. I asked for a quotation on car insurance just before you except they tell you there is an additional fee of R958 that is initiation fees then also they never tell you about the fact that they will install a tracker system in your car and that it is a 36 months contract so if you cancel the insurance with them before the 36 months you are still responsible for paying the tracker company. I never agreed on their excess buster but they just debited my account with R153!!!!!
