Dotsure NOT sure

Claim QUAQ*** which was rejected on the 02 March 2023 by Dotsure Insurance. Non compliance : Business use has been cited as the reason for non payment. I am insured for Social And To Work and due to my title and work I was still at work. The insurer took the car to Mercedes Witbank for assessment in November 2022, and subsequently moved it to their panelbeater Umkombe for assessment and repairs in December 2022. In January 2023 they informed me that they are still sourcing the engine due to it being irreparable. In February 2023 the assessor named Giovanni informed me that the vehicle has been written off and it would go to salvage department for evaluation and they would give me feedback. In March 2023 I was informed that my claim has been rejected as per the letter. If this claim was to be rejected it was supposed to be rejected in December 2022 already. I am not pleased with this outcome and I need it resolved ASAP.
