Dotsure.... Not so sure anymore ☹️☹️

Awful experience -my mom has paid her policy every month for a few years now and this month her yorkie tore her legiment off so my 70 year old mom phoned and asked for a quote she was told they would pay R4000 of the account so she gave the vet permission to go ahead. Then when she submitted account they only paid R1900 when she phoned them, they told her to reveal who she had spoken too she did unfortunately not make a note but it should be recorded. However they didnt offer any assistance to rectify this. She then canceled her dogs policies. How can anyone treat the elderly so badly and not even often them some sort of assistance.
