Dotsure ! not so sure !
I have this policy for two years, never claimed a cent. And today my first claim of a mere R500 was declined . Apparently it is a "Hereditary”, condition ! now what I would like to know who decides what is a "Hereditary” because not one of the dogs in our family has this problem. I would suggest that anybody that would like to join Dotsure.co.za must first get a list of "Hereditary” conditioners that they will be declining on so that they no find out on the day they claim.
