Dotsure not refunded
When I was cancelling my policy in May we agreed it will be on hold and I will confirm if I find another job, but all of a sudden on the 30th of August 2023 Dotsure deducted without my confirmation, I called them they said must send bank statements for the refund to be into my bank account by Friday 1st September 2023, but no refund was done, I called again on Monday the 4th of September 2023, they promised again but nothing is showing on my account
