Dotsure not good at all!!!

I'm not happy at all with the service I'm recieving at Dotsure. My car(TBA) was involved in a car accident on the 31st December 2023 and they decided to take the car to Kallies in Rustenburg where they exaggerated the quotation they say it's gonna cost 174k and the car only damaged thender, headlight and front bumper and Dotsure never compared or requested any second quote they just decided that the car will be a write off and I said I want to first see settlement offer. Today they sent settlement offer ( Retail value of my car is 184k) my settlement is 174k and Dotsure said they offering me 146k deducting 20k that I have no operation certificate for bolt whereas bolt in Rustenburg allows us to operate with single disc as operation certificate. Sonja and Caylin are now avoiding me when I need assistance!! My claim it's now been ongoing for 3 weeks no progress!!!
