Dotsure not fulfilling promises

I logged a claim with Dotsure as my insurance after being involved in a car accident during the month of November, which they gave me a quotation of R12000 for access I then went to my contract which stipulated that maximum access to be paid is R6500. I then called back and sent an email attached my contract on it, then called again where I was told my case is sent to management and someone will call me, till today no one is calling me as a matter of fact when I call they keep transferring and hanging up, or calling during times I requested not to be contacted as I work with clients and will not be available. I am struggling driving my car as I have to repeatedly tell a long story to traffic officers this is ruining my holidays. I just want them to cancel my policy return my premiums as they did not assist me with anything and have lost trust.
