Dotsure non insurance

Signing on with Dotsure, PLEASE STAY AWAY, they are the worst of the worst company to deal with. Eager to ensure that your deductions go off at the end of each month, but when it comes to claims they are just as eager to find a 101 way not being liable to pay your claim. When contacting their claims department and asking to speak to one of the managers , they have the most sufficient team to ensure that you don't reach them. You get send from pillar to post but there is no way to reach somebody that can relate to simple common sense. On Hello Peter they will promise to reply to you as soon as possible, but that is only empty promises as well. Never heard from them , never been able to get any assistance from their claims manager. They are a useless lot. DO NOT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP, GET AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS FAR AS POSSIBLE
