Dotsure, no, Notsure

This company is not to be trusted. Do not insure your car with them. My sister submitted a claim online and requested to be emaied with all future correspondance (she cannot hear her mobile telephone, uses it for WhatsApp only). The purpose of the claim was to ensure that Dotsure were aware that my sister's car was involved in a motor vehicle accident (for which she isn't covered) but that she did not cause and that they need to contact the third party insurance group to assess teh vehicle damage and process teh claim on behalf of their client.

This was ignored. I asked for them to call me so that I could chat to them on my sisters behalf - I gave them a date and time to do so - this was also totally ignored. We then attempted to call the offices in George we messed out from pillar to post by the Claims administrator.

The final feedback that we received is that Dotsure would not even contact the third party insurance on behalf of their client. This is shocking.

This entire process cost 45 days of wasted time.
