Dotsure Nightmare
Dealing with Dotsure has been a nightmare! My elderly father with dementia had his claim and policy cancelled following a serious car crash, he was delayed in getting them the paperwork they needed and they heartlessly cancelled the policy so he is now left with nothing after paying their monthly fees on time every month for years. surely this has to be *******, at least the most immoral and heartless business I have dealt with.

10 Aug 2023, 13:48We have still not been contacted about this (via email or hone but email is preferred). We have reached out several times and DotSure is ignoring my attempts to contact them. I am left no choice but to contact the insurance ombudsman for help resolving this.
