DOTSURE NEW CLAIMS SYSTEM
This used to be the one service provider that you could alway recommend to anybody for pet insurance, they were always on the ball, claims resolved with no problems with no need to inquire. WELL THAT NO LONGER THE CASE!!!
Sadly, they have changed and not for the better, no longer can you mail a claim, it now needs to be loaded on the web, well Dotsure your system sucks! Your "Bot" cannot answer a problem, your system doesn't work. Very disappointing
