Wow!! 1st time in a while that i had good service from a callcentre. Natash Smit from Dotsure was awesome today. With in minutes of my online quote request she called me. She was well informed, explained the pet insurance to me so clear and in my home language!! Weldone Natasha, the world could do with a few more of u taking care of the public.
