DOTSURE MOTOR WARRANTY

Disappointing service on car warranty. I have a Vehicle Warranty with Dotsure (Oakhurst) , I recently had a legitimate claim , I sent the vehicle to a reputable repairer and when it came to authorisation , the nightmare began. Dotsure (Oakhurst) refuses to authorise saying that the part isn't mentioned in the policy. I did explain ,even got expert advice and sent a letter to motivate that the part falls within a component that is covered in the policy. I was told to lodge a dispute with an '' internal ombudsman'' - duh !!! surely he is going to decide in his employer's favour. I have other policies with Dotsure (never claim at all) which I will be CANCELLING. My belief is that Dotsure do not consider client loyalty at all . It's just typical to look for every excuse to refuse a claim. I am cancelling all my policies with them, because I am afraid of paying for insurance, and when it's needed - well you're on you on.
