Dotsure motor plan - bad service delivery
This is the worst company I have ever been serviced by. I took out a motor warranty which I requested to be cancelled 6 months ago. Till this day they have been debiting my account . I sent a cancellation email in March and they claim they must talk to me to cancel . While debiting my account with no shame. Now I must wait for 7 days for my money to be refunded while they freely took my money for months. what king of service is this Dotsure?
Your agents said they have sent a cancellation letter. I’m waiting for it.
