Dotsure misleading people

I have a policy with dotsure for my pets I have requested to obtain an estimated . I was informed from the R3500 esti dotsure will only cover R919. I asked about how the policy worked and if costing is obtained from vets before pricing is made I was told no . Which is interesting how do you cost for cover but don't do proper research on what the vets are charging. Seems to me dosure is offering policy's and misleading people without proper research . I've had this cover for more than 2 years roughly and claims twice .
