Dotsure mechanical warranty is *******

I had a claim with Dotsure mechanical warranty on, Jeandre ****ian was the one handling my claim, he told what document I needed to send through of which I did, The following day I phoned him to find out hong they were likely to finalise the claim, he had no clue! I then asked him if the would be any problem if I tried to fix the car my since I needed to go for easter holidays, he said there was no problem the as the claim was already in progress, after that I tried to call him, leaving messages he would not respond, I had to call him from a different number to get hold of him, he told to call another guy by the name of sakkie, Two weeks later the claim is declined because I got my car fixed yet I asked them if I coud fix my car and they agreed
