Dotsure Mechanical Warranty

Dear Dotsure Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the handling of my recent vehicle warranty claim. My claim was legitimate and supported by a reputable repairer, yet it was declined on the basis that the part was “not specifically listed” in the policy.

After years of paying premiums and never claiming, this experience has completely broken my trust. I’ll be cancelling all my Dotsure policies. There’s no peace of mind when a company looks for excuses instead of solutions.
