Absolutely impressed with Dotsure and their fantastic service once again! I've recently wanted to upgrade my pet insurance and requested a telephonic call back for assistance. I was called back within a short space of time and dealt with a gentleman by the name of Brendan Bence. He was exemplary in the way that he was able to help, offer advice and answer questions. He showed concern and kindness towards my fur baby who suffers with a very bad skin condition and was polite and efficient at the same time. I had my pet at the vet recently and my claim was settled within 24 hours, money back in my account and a lovely get well email for my baby.
