<p>I took out Pet Insurance for my Pooch after seeing an advert on FB. Within minutes of expressing interest I had an sms followed by a phone call. It was extraordinary service, right up to getting a personal agent to call at any time. I am really very impressed with the service, and hopefully when I need them for a claim, I will be just as happy! Thank you!</p>
