Dotsure knows my name and number for a warranty renewal I never had

Just had a call from Dotsure - *** (and earlier ***) to advise me that my warranty on my car is about to expire. Thing is, my car is 21 years old, bought second hand 18 years ago. It never had a warranty. My husband's car is also second hand. We don't buy new, we don't buy warranties. What the actual Dotsure? Why do you have my name and number on your system, trying to obtain business in this way. It's *****ulent and scary. Never been your client. POPIA is not a thing for Dotsure. Clearly.
