Dotsure - just like any other insurance company happy to have your money but don't payout

I find this absolutely shocking that a claim will not be paid out and is now being labelled as a pre-existing condition. I took my dog to the vet on the 4th of March 2022 after the big dogs knocked him over and he took a tumble, he could hardly walk, and the vet x-rayed him and showed me the inflammation on the spine and kept him there for treatment until today - 15 March 2022. Today when I submit the claim I get told it won’t be paid out as there is a waiting period for pre-existing conditions, which I totally understand however this was not a pre-existing condition had the dog not been injured I would not of had to take him to the vet in the first place. If it was a pre existing condition don’t you think I would have had the intelligence to wait for the one month waiting period to have been completed before taking the dog to the vet and putting in a claim, I don’t appreciate the insinuation that was made of me trying to con the insurance company and claim for a persisting condition, is this how you treat your customers. I am highly disappointed by Dotsure, but don’t worry I really don’t need you to reimburse me for this claim if I can afford the best policy that Dotsure have to offer with the added extra’s for 6 dogs can afford to pay my vet bills.
