Dotsure it's a bad insurance.

I have my car, building and house hold insured with Dotsure, I made a claim for house hold item, I was told that I need to find a technician at my own cost to assess the damage and they must write a report regarding damage found. And they will never refund me they money for the technician, what am I paying for, why don't they send their own technician to check the damage like other insurances. To see if the problem it's fixable or I will need a new item all together. On top of that I still need to pay access. Maybe the total amount will be more than the total clam itself. 😡😡😡
