Dotsure is useless

This is by far the worst car insurance company please do yourself a favor and stay away, otherwise you will be left in debt like me they have useless consultants, I had to pay over R30 000 in excesses which left me with a short fall of over R50 000 you can't even begin to fight it because they will simply deduct from the money they have to pay out, mind you the accident was not even my fault, when I asked when will I be paid out the excess that they charged me, they said they will contact me once the 3rd party has paid them which has no time frame and they made it clear that I shouldn't contact them they will let me know, I would advise people to stay away from this useless insurance company, you will pay a arm and a leg for absolutely nothing, dotsure is not car insurance company, they are just here for they own benefit, I advise you to not consider these people, rather go for the tried and tested insurance companies, if you want peace of mind.
