Dotsure is unreliable
Today marks exactly 20 working days since my claim has been approved by Dotsure but still, no payment has been made into my account. The consultant said I should only make contact/enquiry after 30 working days, nauseating! I was involved in an accident in January! Now it's July and still no payment, they are just finding reasons not to make the payment. My car is getting worse every single day. This insurance is really giving me bad vibes and becoming unreliable every single day.
