Dotsure is top class!
I submitted a claim for one of our pets and it was handled promptly and efficiently, with payment received withing 24 hours. Micheala Cronje was instrumental in the swift resolution of the claim. Their levels of customer service is a breath of fresh air in a country where customer service in general is declining rapidly.
