Dotsure is the worst insurance company ever

I have never seen such a bad company, they give a bad name to all insurance companies. So my house was broken into and there was damages to it due to forceful entry. There was all damage done, Laleni told me they will pay next thing they go quiet on me for weeks. My house is damaged I have no electricity since April but they don't care. They never even sent me an email to give official update on my claim, Lelani promised to after numerous email but she didn't keep her word. I told her I want to cancel all my covers 2 weeks ago and she said she will email me the process well I'm still waiting. This is the worst experience ever, I would never recommend these ******* to my worst enemy.
