Dotsure is the benchmark for Service Excellence!!!

I recently tapped into my Dotsure ServiceXtender when my annual service was due for my 2018 Nissan Qashqai, Within 24 hours i was greeted by Claims Handler Caylin Grill, who made me feel like an asset more than a liability, I explained that i would like to claim from my ServiceXtender and without Hesitation , Caylin asked for the necessary documents and within 1 and a half hours my claim was approved and the agreed upon amount was paid into my bank account. 5 star customer service is rare commodity in south africa so when i experienced this kind of service i was confident i had made the right decision by being part of the DOTSURE family.
