Dotsure is one of the best companies i have ever dealt with 10/10

I really just need to thank everybody I have dealt with at the Dotsure family, from Jodi Muller who sent me so much info when I was comparing all medical aids for my two rescue pups, she really was my 1st window into how awesome dot sure is, and I'm so happy I joined, our one pup is so strong and the other had so many problems and things that not even the top vets had ever seen. No matter what the problem was dotsure was there to help, there staff is so friendly and fast and processed my claims mostly on the same day and payments cleared super fast. The admin is so professional and they really explain what you are covered for. They really do care so much for you as a client and most NB your pets, from the get well cards to the most efficient service ever. I cannot recommend them enough. Every staff member I dealt with was just fantastic, Thank you all, Anneke Olivier, Rebecca van der Breggen, Arina Reyneke-Meyer & Georgia Papers for looking after our little pup right to the very end (I didn't even have to call to amend my policy when our lil Kiko passed, it was just done and mailed through to me with a follow-up call) Dotsure you are amazing, It's so refreshing dealing with a company that is run with such high standards and incredible staff and work ethic, we really do feel a part of the dot sure family :)
