DOTSURE IS MISLEADING

Dotsure is the worst thing that happened to me. They called me a couple months ago pretending to be from Volkswagen, telling me that my Amarok's warranty had expired and would I be interested in a new warranty, since they WILL COVER the high costs of components that are not included in your service plan. We discussed components incl clutch, gearbox and other components that I am not fami**** with. I never opened my email they sent with my policy documents because it was supposed to be Volkswagen, the email was from Oakhurst, not a fami**** company name and as I usually ignore spam mail, I did not open that one. Today at my Volkswagen service I was told I have a fly wheel and clutch problem. Quote R22 500-00. I searched for the sms I got months ago to find a telephone number for the company new warranty is with since Volkswagen said that it is not with them. I called the number and I found out it is Dotsure and they are willing to cover R2500-00 of the R22500-00. Why on earth would I have agreed on R320-00 premiums on components replacement value of R2500-00. This is misleading and unacceptable.
