Dotsure is Great

I signed up with Dotsure just on one month ago and was impressed with the friendly, caring attitude of all concerned during setup. Unfortunately, I had to submitted a claim on one of my dogs this morning, for treatment received on 21/11/202 and was called by Anita to notify me that the illness had occurred within the 30 Day "no claim" period. I know many would be upset, but these people are only doing their job, and they are great at their jobs. Anita was so apologetic and I was impressed with the non hostile way in which she handled the situation. For that I commend her, and Dotsure, for choosing the right staff. Keep up the good work...
