Dotsure is excellent!

I have receive the best service when claiming on my pet insurance with Dotsure. Not only was the feedback and processing of my claim almost instant, but I didn't feel like the insurer was trying to get out of paying out the claim because of some technicality. They made me feel validated and respected, which is often not the experience I have received form other insurers. I had a few questions and Sherezan Erasmus sorted me out so quickly! The icing on the cake was the excellent marketing/customer care they have. I received a get well soon letter (for my pet) and thought that was the cutest, since they went out of their way to create that. If you want a reliable insurer, Dotsure is the way to go!
