Dotsure is doing the most!

Had a lovely call from a Ms Isabella wilson regarding my policy and I've got to say she really is brilliant at what she does. She was respectful and always made sure I understood what was going on. She spoke with me in a way that made me feel that she valued my time and she had no intention of wasting it. The sweet cherry on top has to be that even though she mispronounced a few of my family members' names - she took the effort till she got it right! Brilliant!
