DOTSURE IS AN AWFUL ****!!!!!!

I would like to make all the South Africans aware of this awful insurance company called DOTSURE. I took a plan basically to cover certain things and had explained to their untrained call center agent what I specifically want to cover!

To my ****** surprise then here comes the time to claim, I get told that "NO COVER WITHIN WAITING PERIOD (60 DAYS) yet the first debit order was on the 26th May. Also they cannot cover worn out parts only burns out or breaks (during normal use) When I ask for my premiums refund then they told me they cannot refund. Ladies & Gents do not fall on the same trap as me! I have sent them a cancellation email however I still get email to say "unfortunately I need to cancel the policy telephonically. Is an email not part of communication?
