Dotsure is a terrible insurance company.

Problems in Dotsure insurance:- On the 9 December 2018 I was involved in an accident, I phone my insurance immediately and come take my car in the seen, I lodge a claim immediately unfortunately as from that date this now I have not get my car even the insurance not take any responsibility, it continue to take my money on my bank account every month end when I asked about my car it told me that my claim was rejected .

I am even not renewing my car registration because I don't know where is my car? It is close to a year now my car is with them and they don't want to tell me where it is.
