Dotsure is a ****

I have been patient with this company and they are full of lies, in November I took car insurance with them and they never send me the paper work as promised and have called the company as usually they always say the call goes through the the pet insurance and always promise someone will call you within 30min and it never happens. They are deducting debit check every month, and they are forever unreachable for insurance department I want to cancel them. I think they are a **** it has been months now and still have not heard from them. I'm even considering changing bank because of them
