Dotsure is a ****

I am very disgusted with the service that dotsure is giving to my husband.

His claim is handled by Bridgette Mkhendane, who takes days to respond to emails and doesnt respond to call backs.

my husband submitted a claim with the report and quote from BMW which is R76k. Bridgett came back with saying that only R17K will be paid towards the car claim. My question is, what is R17k going to help with a car that needs R70k to be fixed. does it mean we have to see to finish on how we get the rest of the money to fix the car.

This is so sad that when the consultants calls for a sale, they promise their custoners joy and only to find out that it is a ****.

I will be escalating this to Ombudsman because this is total nonsense.
